The Final Inauguration ceremony was held in March 4th, 2012 which coincides with National Cultural Day, Kingdom of Cambodia. Once again, a grand ceremony was held to foist the last layer of the royal umbrella. Graced by the attendance of Her Excellency Men Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, H.E Him Chhem, Minister of Ministry of Culture and Fine Art and a host of other honorable guest from the Royal Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the inauguration was truly a memorable event.
