October 2011 marks a historical and proud achievement for SEANET as we put the finishing touches on our first Digital Archeology project. A symbolic ceremony was held to place the Buddha relics in the chambers as well as foisting of the first and second layer of the royal umbrella. The event was attended by H.E Chuch Phoeurn, Secretary of State of Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts as well H.E Hab Touch, Director General of General Department of Heritage and H.E Y Chhean, Governor of Pailin Province. The evening ended with traditional performances of Cambodia and Myanmar, lantern floating balloons and fireworks.
